Hey Everyone, Just bought a Clarisea SK 5000 for my system as my klir DI-4 rolls were not lasting anywhere near long enough. Question when it comes to plumbing....did most people run a Y PVC fitting to combine both drains into one and then run all the water through the filter roller or just run the main drain through it. I'm running a bean animal setup currently and trying to play with designs. This is what I was thinking if I was to combine both drains.
Have the second y fitting at the bottom branching off for when I clean out the tank and sump and just want to run the water through a filter sock and divert it past the filter roller.
Any thoughts are appreciated!
