some nems, gorgs, dusters, need to do more research into NPS corals. regardless, in terms of keeping food suspended in the water column, while keeping the water clean, what is used to achieve that? are their feeders that can help?

I've researched this topic quite a bit, and I've reached the conclusion it's not so much the availability of the technology, but the difficulty of a sound implementation.
Examples:

• Auto water change systems are there, but do you have the space to implement a huge salt water mixing station?
• Sulphur denitrator have existed for ages, but the more nitrate they eliminate, the more they consume Alkalinity. This may lead to an Alk-Calcium imbalance that may be difficult to correct.

I have NPS Gorgs, tube anenomes, dusters,nps sponges all thriving in my main display. I don't give them Any more consideration than any other coral. Placement is important..

yup, was thinking about this as I want to try my hand at garden eels once I have more experience under my belt. I know there can be issues with keeping corals with them due to the particulate floating around and the particular flow they need, but the tank could be great for some NPS corals. (while allowing open space and deep sand for the eels of course)
