How do I feed copapods?

So I decided to attempt to cultivate some copapods a couple weeks ago in a 1 gallon brs supplent jug using dead phyto and it has actually turned out really well.

But now that I have ton of pods in there I'm not sure how to feed them to my tank? Do I just dump a bunch of that green phyto water into my display tank??

Feed them phytoplankton. And yes straight to your tank.

Strain them from the culture water. A coffee filter works great if you don’t have a sieve

+1 on using a coffee filter. There are also sieves on amazon for sale for filtering out *copepods*. Depending on what you're doing though, just tossing in the water could be useful, since it has nutrients/wastes like phosphorus and nitrates.
