How do I figure out GPH with Jebao return pumps?

I am running a 1 Jebao8000 and 1 Jebao10000. These pumps are pretty awesome and a lot of people I’ve talked too have nothing but good things to say about them.
For those that have experience with these pumps, how do you go about calculating the gph with the pumps? There is nothing in the instructions that show how to do this.
I just need to know how much these pumps are pushing out.

I do not have any Jebao equipment, but according to the Jebao website the Jebao JGP8000 is rated at 2,112 GPH and the Jebao JPP10000 is rated at 2,600GPH (not including head pressure).

Yes I did see that, I was just unsure on how to actually calculate how much the pump is pumping out as you raise or lower it

Get a plastic 1-gallon milk jug and start filling. "If it took me X amount of seconds to get one (1) gallon, then I would get Y-number of gallons if I ran it for a full hour." (Like was mentioned, it will be close, minus the effect of head pressure, pipe elbows, etc., but other than for maybe a UV sterilizer, it should give you a good idea.)

Yes I have a 30 gallon sump. I’m going to be putting a refugium in shortly so really need fo figure out how to calculate the pumps
