How do I find out my dosing schedule

Currently I have a 30 gallon tank with 2 big colonies. Both LPS I have a large daisy polyps colony and a large frogspawn coral as well. I am not thinking about dosing yet. But once I start to add some SPS how do i find my dosing schedule or how much calcium and alkalinity my corals use up In a week. Once I found out my weekly calcium and alkalinity intake how should I add calcium and alkalinity? Should i add 2 part or kalkwasser. Lots of people say that 2 part dosing is better for nanos but I want more experience’d reefers opinions.

BRS has a couple of videos that will provide answers. May not need to dose depending on salt you use and water change schedule in that size tank.
