I ended up just leaving my unattached LTA in the flow. Also you may have seen my other tread. My LTA ended up finding a spot in the corner of the glass. Will my LTA do well there. The only thing i am worked about is that there is little flow in that spot. Also how do I get my Occelaris clownfish to host. I only have 1 and it won’t even go near the aneomone.

Unfortunately, you can't will your anemone or your clownfish to do what you want. The anemone will settle down where it's happy, with good light and some but not too much flow. The clownfish will do what it wants. It's more likely to hang out in one specific spot (anemone or otherwise) if it's paired with another clownfish.

What exactly is the emergency?

Some people shine a little light on nem after lights out,to get clown to host. Some swear by taping a picture of a clownfish hosting a nem to the tank, so the fish can see it. Both are easy to do,worth a try.

I would try to play a video of your type of clowns hosting your type of anemone. That worked for me.

You can’tforce it to host the anemone. Maybe he has been raised in tanks and has never seen an anemone. Worth a try to show him a video tho.

I have a tank raised mated pair. They host in the corner of the tank. There is a torch near there and the bug the dickens out of it even when its not open. They dont go near the big nem across the tank. I dont think they ever will nor do I think the nem will go find them
