How do i get rid of Cyano?

My nitrate are about 40, and Here are some pics.

I just set up this algae reactor 3 days ago.

I am running purigen, matrix, chemi pure blue, and filter floss in my in tank media baskets.

Hang in there Charlie ! Can You giver us Nitrate & Phosphate levels? Maybe a pic ? I have been fighting cyano also it's tuff stuff ! If You don't have any corals. Turn off the lights for a week ! The clown won't care but The cyano will. Also don't starve the fish . feed it every day a couple times if possible. Just a little bit of food. You likely need a "little" nutrients .
