How do I get Rid of these bladder things

Yes , I would have to say if it wasn't for the negatives these guys do look cool. These showed up when my tank was stating to be <.1ppm (.06ppm)PO4. Not Fair. I have let my tank PO4 rise to around .18 now for almost 2 months. In the past week the population has diminished but diatoms and some hair algae population is increasing. So I'm afraid my My Carbon and GFO reactors are going back online. In the next few days I will test my PO4.
