How do I get this RBTA out from MP10 guard?

So I got a RBTA last night. This morning, I found him in the MP10 guard.
How do I get him out?

His feet seems stuck inside

I am hoping he will let go on its own. But.. what happen if he can't/won't?

You can cut the guard or just wait for him to deflate then slowly remove him from the guard.

Unfortunately I would be worried with cutting his feet too when I cut the guard.

I'd just leave him be looks like he is trying to pull his foot back through. If he deflates enough you can help him along.

Put it in a different area of the tank. He'll likely move on his own. Alternatively, you can place a small bag of ice in the guard. He'll move right away for sure.

Well.. I can't move it anymore.. its stuck on that rock. As soon I saw it this morning, I turned off the mp10 then put that guard in that rock. Hopig he stick.. which he just did in the last hour...
I'll try the ice method. Ty

You could try pointing a powerhead at it if the ice doesn't work. Just be sure to choose something with a reasonable amount of flow and don't go overboard so you don't damage it.

Yeah ice didn't work. Not sure if I have other powerhead beside the mp10s... So.. it might be too strong

Simple trick- Place an ice cube over its foot (base) and it will release fairly quickly without harm

I should just hold the ice on his feet? I was only touching it earlier.. I was afraid to rip his feet..

Well that is my hope. I don't know how damage its foot are. Dunno how long he was in the mp10 with it on last night.

Well.. unfortunately I don't think he will survive this time.

Pulled the guard out again. Not shredded at least..

oh man that sucks if he is still trying to stay alive i would recommend getting a glass cup of some kind to put in in inside the tank kind of shelter for him.

We will see.. if he doesn't survive, this might be the last time I tried RBTA. This is a 2nd try.
My 1st one deflated then disappear. Only found bit of it. Didnt think it was cause of the mp10 though.

This one... Clearly love the mp10..

yeah when ever i get a new nem i tend to turn the flow almost all the way down or just turn the pump off for the night then back on in the morning
