How do I go about setting up a UV Sterilizer?

As I rebuild my 75g tank, I plan on adding an Emperor Aquatics smart UV lite 25 watt sterilizer. I have a few questions before I purchase one, the major one being; Is this a good product and/or are there better products out there? Also, how would I go about setting this up on my tank? In the sump on the return line I'm assuming.

I run mine off my manifold from my return pump. Its all about how fast of flow your running through it. Emperor makes a good product IMO. I installed mine vertical on the outside corner of my stand, my original plans was to put it under the stand but it was just too big and wouldn't work all that great stuffed in the stand.

My return line is just a piece of black tubing clamped onto the return pump and return bulkhead with little plastic black clamps. Should I re-do this with pvc and add the UV sterilizer into that?

You could either T off of that or run another small pump.
