I have been trying to think of a way to hide or at least tidy up my cords to my LED's but I can't think of anything.... Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem!!

my thought is to have the lights plugged in above the lights....
most likely with the in-expensive led lights they are probably not ul rated, you are going to want the cords so if the light were to fall they unplug first! I fixed my cords since the pic, but still need to hide them

Once they get to the wall there are some cord holders you can buy to hide them. They're plastic and Home Depot has them.

If you have (or can create) enough slack, using zip-ties I would pull all the wiring up to the main rail then over to the nearest side to drop/as needed.

Cable hideouts, as someone mentioned, become a good option at this point.

BTW, if installing an outlet somewhere else would make this a whole lot better, consider having one (or more) put in!

Looks like there is power in the wall on the left side, (power switches). You could run a branch circuit up to just above the shelf you are hanging the led's from. Then box in the led's from the top. Zip tie the power cords to the cables that hang the fixtures. This would give you a nice light box with no visible cords or hanging cables.

The problem is that the cords are only 6' long, they barely reach under the tank.

LOL I know where every wire runs in the house, I wired it, I'm an electrician by trade....

I have thought about adding an outlet above the shelf that the lights hang from but the problem is that I run my lights off of my Aqua Controller JR and that means I would have to have my probes running up the wall as well...

powerbar from the shelf to the controller. you can make the cord as long as you want :)

i would do the same by using the powerbar or powerstrip at the rail. And connect all the cords to the powerstrip.

Well then why not run a dedicated line from the controller to above the shelf. I'm not familiar with the AquaController but I'm sure there is a way. Does the AquaController daisy chain powerbars like the Apex or ReefKeeper? If so it would just be a matter of getting the power and bus cable from the head unit to above the shelf. Then easy to hide with a fascia.
