Can't seem to make my KH RISE ABOVE 4 I JUST GOT SOME REEF BUFFER and I'm dosing but my ph is on point. How do I raise my KH without bothering my PH ?

Use baking soda......but don't raise KH more than 1 dKh per day.
I also don't believe your value of 4. What test kit are you using and what salt are you using and how frequently are you doing water changes.

I'm using my ipa test I'm suppose to add drops till its blue right? 4 drops it is

I haven't done a single water change . My ammonia and nitrates plus nitrates are good

I too am skeptical of 4 dKH being accurate.
Try using the kit on some new salt water.
If alkalinity really is low, baking soda dissolved in fresh water is they way to raise it, assuming you do not also want to boost pH at the same time.
