How do I kill pest eggs on new corals?

Using the bayer coral dip option, no qt tank, I heard bayer or any kind of coral dip won't kill the eggs... can I use a toothbrush and remove the plug, will that do the trick? Does a magnifying glass work?

I like to remove the plug(hard corals this is a two thumb push) or remove most of the plug with bone cutters and use a scalpel to run across any plug i don’t remove. Then use multiple tools like a toothbrush or a wooden skewer on other areas
