How do I post videos?

Every time I select a video it loads but when I post it it’s blank please help

Good question! Many people upload their videos to YouTube and then add a link in their post.

Some people can see videos that you upload from your library and many, including me, cannot. Best way for everyone to be able to view and help would be as @Peace River said and download to YouTube and post the link.
