3 AI Hydra 26HD
2 ATI B+
2 ATI P+
Running AB+ schedule
125 RR

My peak par is 275 at the highest point of my scape. I have a great spread with my lights mounted high.

Are your AI's at 100%?

You could slowly lower the height of your lights. Why do you want to increase your PAR?

What dimensions is the 125RR?

The narrow standard 125 your lights should be sufficient on, but a wider tank may have some shadows on the front and back if centered.

How did you measure par?

the tank is the standard narrow 125
I measured with APEX PMK
I don't want to lower the lights because I like the spread
They are not at 100%
UV 108
violet 93
royal 85
blue 69
green 6
deep red 5
cool white 11

If I raise the levels what do I set the acclimation percent to and for how long?

You can just run the T5s more hours without any issue. You can also lower then closer to the tank. Raising PAR with T5s is not an issue, so you can just do it.

For the LED, you just gotta go really slow and observe for issues.

I would lower the lights, run the T5s longer and do whatever else you want to do with the T5s. Wait a few weeks to establish a baseline. Then, move the LEDs.

A single Hydra 26 is not much of a powerhouse over a 2' area, so there will be a limit to where you can get without lowering your T5s.
