How do I seal a drilled sump?

Hey everyone, I bought an oceanic sump that was predrilled for a 1 inch Bulkhead. I am now thinking of running an internal pump and I wanted to know if I take that route how would I go about sealing the hole? Any tips or photos would be greatly appreciated.

Where would I get a cap or plug for the bulkhead?

Depending on the size of the bulkhead, you can get a PVC plug at any hardware store. That's what I did. I would send a pic but can't get to it.

Ok I think I have an idea of how it works , did you fit the cap on the wet side or dry side of the bulkhead?

If you can get a small piece of glass and some aquarium silicone, it's as easy as attatching the glass to the inside of the tank, waiting a few days, then tossing that sump under your tank! Good luck.

The plug was glued into the bulkhead on the wet side. This way the pressure could never push it out
