How do I take frogspawn off disc

I want to remove and glue to rock but with less stress as possible first time doing it so stress will already be in the mix lol

After you clear off the algae youll see where they glued it to the liverock.
Thats the weak link usually and a small flatblade will pop it right off.
Just hold the the frogspawn so it doesnt go flying.

Should I do it under water?

You can remove it from the water as long as it stays wet. If you feel its too long, dip the heads back in the water and try again. You'll need to remove it anyways so you can apply more glue to the bottom before you stick it in your tank on a rock.

Just hold the the frogspawn so it doesnt go flying.

Did this yesterday. Chalice flew a good 10 feet. My dog thought it was a cookie. I got there first though.
