You set your reactor at a baseline. Check alk every 24hrs and adjust ph lower or increase flow rate until alk stable

If you are checking the outflow of the reactor, I would take 1 ml of the outflow and dilute it with 3 mls of distilled water to make 4 mls and test that for dKh. Multiply the result by 4 to estimate your outflow dKh.
