How do I post a Kessil A160WE tuna blue light for salt I met the day and post requirements and I need to sell this light as soon as possible to pay a friend back and I only turned it on a few times then ended up switching to ai prime for my tank.

Go to the selling forum and see the instructions and how people are doing it. Not sure what the requirements are though. If you need money fast, then you're going to have to sell local on something like Craigslist.
