Happy Thanksgiving!! Hi, I just got some new corals! I took a risk getting some acros, but I wanted to see how they’d perform in my tank. They all arrived on Tuesday. I drip/temperature acclimated them and used SeaChem Reef Dip. Here’s everything I got (from TopShelfAquatics sale): Jedi Mindtrick Montipora, Vivids Rainbow Acro, Greg Hiller’s Delight Acro, Blueberry Stylo, and Ultra Green Star Polyps. The two that seem to be adjusting beautifully are the Monti and Birdsnest. I can’t tell how the two acros are doing because I’ve never really owned them before and I don’t know what they look like at their best. It seems as if their polyps are kind of extending, though. The ones I’m worried about the most are the green star polyps. Some are extended, but others are not. It’s only been a few days. Maybe I should give them more time? I’m worried that my alkalinity might be too high because I’ve never tested it before (purchased a kit today).

This is from a few days ago. The quality isn’t that great.
