How do you frag your palys?

i have some lose zoas, can i just glue there body down to a frag plug?

I pull some loose or use a sharpened screwdriver to cut into the rock or if on a small piece cut the rock. So I guess, all of the above except stingy.

Oaky i answered my own question lol yes you can glue zoas down!

A plug should be pretty flat, flat enough to cut the mat around the polyp and get under it an peel. I use a hobby knife or a scalpel.
