How do you hang your lights from the ceiling?

Youtube isn't helping me much here...

Moving away from tank mounts and bought an AL hybrid light.. so ceiling it is!

I know that I'll need toggle bolts, but how are you hanging the suspension from the screw that drops from the toggle? I'm hitting a mental roadblock here.

Thanks, saw those in Depot. Ended up getting 120lb rated toggle bolts and grabbed some matching O-bolts to screw into them. The style you posted had me concerned about the weight limits.
