How do you keep up with coral progression pictures?

For the people who keep up with progress pictures and logs of your coral as time goes by, how do you do it? Any software you guys use to catalog these pics to make them easier to browse and compare later?

I just name new folders with the date I took the pics doing it once a month and store them on my computer. I also assault facebook with my coral pics so I always have that with timestamps... and photobucket... instagram... the forums I'm on.

I think I have a problem. I NEED MORE CORAL FOR MORE PICS!!!
