As basic as it sounds, how do you guys keep your glass clean inside and out? For those with curved glass, like my biocube, what do you use to scrape the inside? What does everyone use to clean the outside glass, to get rid of those streaks?

Thanks all!

Outside... To water and a good squeegee.
Inside I use a magnetic algae scrapper.
Don't have a biocube but I have seen that Aqueon makes a curved attachment for their algae mag that is designed for bio cubes

I use 1/2 and 1/2 white vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Works so well my wife uses it on glass all over the house.

I use the two lil fishies nano mag. Works wonders on bow tanks!

I learned after nearly destroying tanks scraping them after they got past 5 yrs old to stop scraping altogether and never have a single scratch

i pre emptively wipe the inside glass when fully drained with a wet paper towel soaked in peroxide. this pre burns off green micro, coralline, and benthics. done preventatively i havent scraped a single time in 5 yrs. given this is mostly only helpful for smaller tanks, but at least its an option. im draining my tank down all the way for water changes anyway, might as well burn wipe it too.

this stops all growth and you just repeat it as needed. ill never scrape again and glass is 100% clear always except for corals stuck to the glass crowding out the light. harms nothing, and Im using lab grade 35% those considering 3% is a walk in the park.

Don't have a tank with glass then you don't have to clean it lol.

I have a glass tank and I use a mag float. Need to get one with the scraper on it.

flipper nano for the inside, and water and paper towels on the outside.. maybe even a little windex on a paper towel for that extra clean look

Thank you all for your reply. Nano Mag on order, and, going to try the vinegar/water combo! I don't trust myself with windex lol!

Simple Magnetic brush for my 29 Gallon does the job very well (My pods hide in it during the day, when i start scrubbing at least 20 run for it haha) and i over feed, i mean i really over feed.
