How do you know you anemone is healthy?

Do mine look good. Been 3 weeks and haven’t really moved since day 2. Never bubble up. Eat once weekly. Small piece of silverside.

I think they look good but don’t have much for experience. They seem to reach up but k7 mini is running at 50% whites at 20. Ramp up all channels.

Imo they look good and healthy .If they haven’t moved there happy for now lol

They look good to me. They may or may not bubble. I have several and have 2 right next to each other and one bubbles the other doesn't.
I read several times that silversides are not great food for them. Make sure they get plenty of light. I haven't fed mine directly in years. Lots of light (350-400 par) and whatever they catch in the water column and they thrive.

I feed mine, not a bubble nem, every couple weeks a piece of shrimp. Plus it pics up fish food daily.
Yours look good, imo.
I would up the K7. I run a k7 V3 on my 20g. I run the sps program but have a par meter comming today so I will see what the numbers look like and adjust from their. My nem is under 2 16hds in my 30 with a pair of breeding clowns.

My 30g nem system with 1 chalk bass and the 2 false perculas.
Only reason I dont have bubbletips now is they split so often you soon have a tank full of them. But they are cool looking.

I feed once a week brine shrimp and mysis and bits of mussel all frozen foods . But a lot of people don’t feed them at all but in nanos when you feed the fish the nems get fed
