My new tank is about 2 weeks from getting here, I finally decided and ordered a 30x30x16 from glass cages.

So looking for lighting ideas. Show me your pics on how you light your cube.

LEDs reef breeders 55 3watt LEDs

^ I have a JBJ 30G Rimless and I use the same light. My tank is 16" deep and it is enough light at 30% to keep SPS.

Current lighting for my 135 is two 150w halide pendants. I will be changing them to led units this summer though.

I light mine with a moded Giesmann Bilux with 1x250 Radium and 4xT-5's (actinic)

I have a 45 and am using 1 Radion G1. Personally I am not sold yet on LEDs (setup since Nov), but they light the tank nicely. I have a FTS in my 45 thread.

some nice ideas. Personally I am leaning towards ati 6 blub t5. If I thought I could get enough from a single 250wat MH pendant I would go that way.

Do not think I want to go LED on this build but if I do I am favoring 2 kessel 350w

A single 250w will be enough to light that tank. I use a single 250w DE on my 70G tall which is 36" wide.
