How do you make frozen food?

I have a sail fin tang, fox face, 2 clowns and a couple of blue demsels. I was wondering how i can make frozen food. I feed nori 2 times a week. Is it better to use dry food and if so what brand should i use and where can i pick it up. I only have petsmart and petco near me.

1/4 lb 70-90 shrimp
5 cubes of Mysis
2 cloves garlic
2 or 3 sheets nori
some Cyclopeeze
1/4lb muscles

The tricky thing with squid/octupus is they are real stringy and can get caught in your blender's blades binding the motor up. Soon you'll have the nasty fish smell AND the smell of a burning motor. You might be able to get away with it by making sure you pre-cut the squid/octopus in small pieces, but I would just leave them out altogether.

I also like to throw in thawed out mysis and cyclops cubes, but towards the end so they don't get chopped up too finely.

I am and avid fisherman so having some frozen fish in the freezer is always on hand,
usually ranges from freshwater trout to saltwater species, like tuna, spanish mackeral, spot, bluefish, and triggers. what do you think about using any of these combined with Mysis cloves garlic
2 or 3 sheets nori

That's great! Go for it. You really can't go wrong.

Trigger fish are really good, its kinda hard to describe sorta sweet not real oily,
They are yummy.
Heres a trigger, notice the top fin is why they are called triggers, usually found around wrecks,
I really would love to get a big tank and put one in, just to see how it would do.

I've never been to place or heard of eating Triggers, but I guess that's no different that eating Grouper, Snapper, etc.
I have a Huma Picasso and Hawaiian Black Trigger. I can hand feed them, but sometimes they mistake my finger for food, and them big teeth don't feel good.
