How do you measure Brightwell Purit?

I’ve recently had some mystery coral death in my tank and while waiting on an ICP test I was going to run some Purit from Brightwell. The instructions say: *Used as directed, each 100ml of Purit will help maintain water quality in 25 US-gallons (94.6 L)

I’m confused because milliliters are a measure of liquid and Purit is solid media. How many grams is 100ml of Purit? Or am I missing something?

Well I just went with 100g as that’s how much carbon I usually use. Hopefully that’s in the ballpark.

100ml’s for every 25 gallons

kitchen and cooking measuring cups usually have the cup size and on the bottom the ml’s.

1 cup is 236 ml’s

And 100ml’s is .423 of a cup
(so almost half a cup)

my system is about 75gallons so I needed 300ml’s which comes out to 1.268 cups
(about a cup and a quarter)

Also a easy way to do it is to add up the ml’s you need for your system and then go on google and translate it to cups
