How do you prevent algae in your Frag tank?

My 30G Frag tank is plumbed into my main system, but it just keeps turning into an algae infested mess.

Whats the secret to success in Frag Tanks? Am I missing key livestock that will help clean up?

Should be, especially if there are no other fish. Just don't buy an extra large one
