You simply locate the DDR tile and click on the name of the liquid you want to refill.

Once you click on that, it will bring up a window that shows "Volume Left" and "Total Volume". If you fill it to the top, then simply clicking the "Fill" bar will bring "Volume Left" up to whatever you have the "Total Volume" set to. The DDR will hold 2000 mL. You could also simply type in 2000 to the "Volume Left". Or if you are not filling it all of the way, then you would type in your volume left. If you click on the ? button top right, it will give you a chart that shows a mL to inches conversion. So you can use a tape measure to measure how much liquid is left, then use the chart to get the mL amount. Then punch that amount into "Volume Left". Don't forget to click on the upload button to lock it in. Note: It may take up to a couple of minutes for the DDR tile to update with the new volume left.
