It's not that bad, just a few spots from where the powerheads used to be. So I basically have about 4 of these spots I am trying to remove. I cleaned everything with water, vinegar and a razor blade. Just can't seem to remove these spots.

Any recommendations? I read someone using turtle wax rubbing compound with purified water.

It could be the glass is etched from saltwater and you won't be able to remove it. Like posted above cerium oxide and a buffer will polish it but you're talking about hours of work for a small area. Not really worth the trouble IMO.
