How do you rinse frozen copepods?

Just a question.. but im interested to know or see how you guys rinse frozen copepods?

I dont i just drop them in frozen and they thaw in the water. I do that with all types of frozen food

ok.. just because i heard alot of crazy stories of frozen foods.. some had problems when unrinsed frozen foods

I dont rinse them. But if you really wanted to, then I guess you would need a 50-100 micron sieve

There is A BRS video somewhere that mentions rinsing does not do much good! Seems to be one of those things that started awhile ago that took life if it’s own. I never rinse any foods anymore!

Just throw it in some tank water to defrost few minutes, then in tank.... As same as any other type of food, frozen or not.....

I stick the frozen cubes right to my power head no issue's lol
