How do you use reef roids?

Im starting to only broadcast feed after I dose polyp booster. Think a poll could help gather whats the most popular method.

I broadcast my tank once a week and then make it into a paste to feed my lps

mix red sea reef energy a + b with reef roids. Dose some polyp lab booster while the reef roids soak.
if i got time ill targ feed if not broadcast.
seeing decent zoa growth tanks only been up for four months though.

I’ve just started using if again with polyp booster and I broadcast feed it twice per week so far. I have done a little target feeding, but it’s a little tedious

I’ve got 2 bottles of Reef Energy left which I’ve used for ages, so I’ll use this in between on occasions until it’s used up.
