how easy is it to switch fom Triton Method to Other Method?

I am starting Triton Method shortly but my fuge is borderline 10%, so if I find Triton Method doesn't quite work and want to switch to Other Method, is it just a simple case of just swapping to Other Methods? or is it a bit more complicated than that?

Just simply switch. You can monitor your Trace Element deficiencies with ICP lab testing.
