This is like me when I'm not noticing the two drops that missed the side of the test tube when I'm testing for ALK. Or having the "soap bubble" poof out of the dropper and counting that bubble as a full drop. 
While we're at it, I used ot think GFO and water changes were the only way to really control phosphates, but then I came across Phosphate RX. Will use that stuff from now on because it works as advertised. Also, a two-stage GFO/carbon reactor is a nice condensed way to go. You'll always have the GFO covering your bases, and I feel carbon has better flow through it.
