How far can dosing lines go?

So I have a 4 channel jebao dosing pump and at the moment I can only have one dosing pump. Is it possible for me to run a line all the way across from my 10g tank to my 20g? Or is it a situation where if the line is too long it wont be accurate or efficient.

Should be ok, I have one line running about 5 feet up to a 4 foot head and have not had any issues, a quality anti syphon valve to make sure the line stays primed is a good idea for such long runs.

Peristaltic pumps can usually push/pull liquids a long way. Length of tubing will impact the exact amount delivered per time period though.
