i added a green goniopora to my nano about a month ago and it has grown 15-20 new tentacles already and has another 10 or so very small polyps forming that almost double in size each day. i feed it coral amino and reef roids once a week and its kind of growing at a alarming rate. should i get rid of it before it gets to big?

They can grow very quickly or very slowly - it really depends on so many factors (flow, parameters, feeding, lighting, etc.) I guess it really depends on what other corals you plan to have in your tank.

are you sure you got a goni and not a gsp lol ?

My goni's are all super slow growers, my oldest is 3 years old it grew from a frag to a golf ball size in 3 years

Gonis incrust and are slow growers. sounds like you have a different coral
