How fast do I increase phosphate?

I'm going to go the route of using Seachem Phosphorus to up my Phosphate. Currently I'm sitting at 0.0 using the Hanna Phosphate Checker.

I used their calculator: https://www.seachem.com/calculators.php

I was going to shoot for .06. The calc says I need 6 ml for 120 gallons to get to .06.

I assume I don't dump all 6 ml at once?? If not, what sort of "dosing" regiment should I take? 1ml per day for 6 days maybe?

I would add .02 each day for three days and then test. Your tank will be consuming some so it may only go up a little. Then maybe try .03 per day for a few days and test again... Rinse and repeat until you get where you want.

.02 ml each day? Or enough to increase from 0.0 to .02 ppm per day until I get to .06?
