How fast to raise alkalinity to 9

It's a nice looking tank! But I don't see anything that should be sucking up that much alk. I didn't see any of the other thread (at least I don't remember I'm old). Can you please repost the salt type and parameters of fresh mix?
Thank you! Okay I’ll look

You need a daily dosing regimen. Do you have a doser pump, or is everything by hand?

Raise the alkalinity 1dKH per day. Find a way to maintain it with daily dosing.

By hand unfortunately.. future purchase will be this and ato okay so right now I do the 5ml raises it to 6.2 so should I do maybe 5ml in morning then 5mil at another time

5.9 alk the water is acidic water. How are the corals doing?
I think your confusing alk with PH.

OP, to answer the original question, 1 Dkh per day is acceptable.
Definatly split the dose to multiple times per day.

I have a couple of acros that are mad but I've raised it 3 dkh and it's dropped 5 dkh before. But I'd aim for 1/2-1dkh a day
