How fast will these grow?

I have about 20'of these that was on a piece of live rock i bought, is this a polyp or a paly, and how big will they get? There mostly a green color and seem to Be growing pretty fast. It's the one in the top of the pic. What about the red and blue favia. Been feeding both with reef roids

The palys will grow faster the close they are to the light idk about the others
