How High can fish jump (Gobies)

Does anyone have any estimates of how high a 3 - 4 inch tiger or diamond goby can jump out of the water. I have a hood on my aquarium that is enclosed and 12 inches high. Water is 1 inch below that. My question is can a goby jump over 13 inches?

I definitely wouldn't say that they can't jump over 13 inches (a fish being chased can do surprising things), but I think it would be unlikely.

I don't know, but diamond gobies are amazing escape artists. My first one jumped out through a small gap in my hood that i would have never guessed he could have fit through
