Hi thought I’d share my specs on my 60 gallon mixed Nem and sps tank.
the 60 gallon is not drilled I use an over flow box that leads down to a 20 gallon tank. The 20 gallon tank is filled with 2 inches of sand and also some crushed coral on top. I have a small canister filter filled with just carbon that I replace once a month. There is also a hang on the back protein skimmer rated for double the tanks volume.

I may add a Large uv sterilizer in the future to help with bacterial build ups witch seem to affect carpets and magnifica in long term set ups
