How important is wc after dosing PraziPro?

I dosed Prazipro 2 days ago. Among other fish, I have a six line wrasse and an exquisite wrasse. My nitrates have only gone from 5.8 to 7.2. If I do a 15% WC is that enough or should I really do 20-25%?

Also, I moved my feather duster to another tank, but he isn’t happy there. I plan to dose Prazipro again in a few days, but how long after that dose can I put my feather duster back?

I would run carbon after your water changes to remove any left over medication.
i always do 2 rounds of prazipro in my quarantine before i do a water change. I’ve never put meds in my display
