Looks good to me. Here's mine with lights. When the lights go down, it recedes.

Sorry for being pedantic, but when people say a coral is receding it generally means that tissue is dying and exposing skeleton. I think the word you are looking for is retracts. Just hoping to help you avoid confusion in the future, nice hammer and frag rack!

I was planning on moving it up. I just wanted to slowly bring it up. And I really hate the disk makes the rocks unnatural.

You can cut it off the disk and super glue it to your rocks... Make sure you use the gel super glue and cut the skeleton as far down as possible so you don't kill it

Yeah I had a reef tank before I used the jb weld super glue sandwhich. When I restarted through bleaching the rocks some plugs are still attached

I try not to super glue things down unless needed I use the dollar store super glue and just enough to keep whatever it is in place... I have had to move things a couple of times but didn't have an issue with it not coming off the rocks the glue you used must be a lot stronger then the cheap dollar store one
