How level is level enough?

I've had to shim up the front of the BioCube, but even with composite shims on both sides inserted to their thickest point, it's still not quite level front-to-back. Can anyone confirm that it needs to be more level than this before I fill the tank?. Here's what it looks like right now:

That's nowhere close to level. Personally, I wouldn't be comfortable with anything less than a nat's rear end

You want the bubble to be equidistant between the lines. The bubble should not be closer to one or the other line. You are looking for level, not a degree of level( not really a thing).
 
That's exactly how the water will sit in your tank, it took a little over one shim on mine to level it out. When you say leveling the front of the Biocube you do mean the stand right?
 
Great tank by the way, we really like ours. Glad you got it leveled out.
