Hi,
Around a week ago I rescaped my Fluval 13.5. Moving the rocks around and kicking up the old sand and detritus must have caused a major ammonia spike, because my two frogspawns and Aussie torch began to recede and melt, and tentacles even began to fall off. I was extremely worried that they wouldn’t make it, but I did a 50% water change anyway. Fast forward one week, they’re all still alive and are slowly coming back, but probably only half as extended as they normally are. Around how long should it take for them to fully recover? Is there anything I can do to help them fully extend?

If a bacterial type infection, I like to do iodine dips. Euphyllia are very susceptible to infection when they close up. When they are open, with good flow, they are able to clean themselves.
