How long do I qt fish with ich?

I was quarantining but I left a few fish in the tank. Those fish got ich so I took out all of the rocks and started treating them with the others. How long do I keep them in quarantine. How long does it take for the ich to starve and die and how long should I keep them in there after they are clean?
