How long do you wait after dosing to test parameters?

Just wondering how long I should be waiting after I dose to retest calcium and alkalinity, I usually wait an hour or two or just wait until the next day.

I usually wait till the next day. Want to make sure its fully circulated. But I'm going to assume anything from 2-5 hours should be sufficient.

I wait about an hour or so, but I also test at the same time every time I test, so I always test my water at night, you might do it in the morning or afternoon just make sure it's the same time every time u test. JMO

Depends if you dosing but hand or via doser...

I dose by hand & wait at least 2 hours or so depends on how quick I finish a few beers... Normally stretch it for 2 hours...

How many beers? If only 2, that's one an hour, that means by about the 15 minute mark it's getting warm from being exposed to the day time elements.
