How long does Marine Depot take to prepare shipment?

I made my first purchase through Marine Depot this morning at about 10am EST, got a confirmation email with an order number, wondering what folks experience is on orders going out the warehouse (I can wait, just curious).

I've been ordering from Marine Depot for years. They get it out the next business day on every purchase I've made.

For me, they have been outstanding. They get orders out right away and I've also had several returns and their web sight is super easy to handle that. Their customer service is responsive.

They are great IMHO.

Always professional with fast service. It also helps that they have two shipping locations from the east & west coast.

Usually next day unless it’s a Red Sea tank, those are shipped on Fridays. I ordered one late Friday afternoon and waited till the next Friday before I saw any action on my order. When I called and asked that’s when they told me.

Ordered mine late Wednesday night ( Varios 8 and NYOS skimmer) had it by Saturday. I was shocked I got it so fast and more than ecstatic

Did my first order with them received all 4 T5s bulbs literally in powder(UPS is the worse) called and I was literally surprised at the ease I thought I would have to go through UPS claims but they handle it I’m definitely ordering from them again... oh and not to mention I order on a Thursday morning and my package was in my area by Saturday morning this really shocked me the speed.

I received a sump one time from Marine Depot and it was to large, they took it back no questions asked, least hassle I have ever had with any of the online Reef stores. All my orders have been very quick!!!

I ordered the 100gpd Vertex Rodi; I love my LFS, but at $0.50 a gallon for Rodi water, 10 gallons a week, this thing will pay for itself in a year. Gotta call today to update payment info so they can get the tape guns out.
