How much time do I need to keep my DT fallow for to kill ich?

I’m seeing answers for 6 weeks, and now I’m seeing no less than 10-11 weeks. Which one? Also, I’m dosing cupramine, do I dose for a month then stop dosing and leave them in regular saltwater until the fallow period is up?

76 days fallow for ich is the safest route.

You can remove the copper from QT after 30 days of treatment and house the fish in your QT until fallow period is up.
